The first results in breeding of the outstanding young stallion, Zirocco Blue VDL, are equally impressive. He shows all the qualities a horse needs to be a Grand Prix-show jumper, and from his first foals, several are already approved. This colt’s dam, Ursula H, competed at 1.35m-level and was sired by the international show jumper, Pacific. Granddam, Furona produced the 1.40m-jumper, Lute-H (s.Damiro), and is a half sister of the Grand Prix-jumper Galliant Dream (s.Ulster) of Peter van Broekhoeven, as well as several 1.30m/1.35m-jumpers. The BWP-approved stallion, Imothep (s.Indoctro), who competes at Grand Prix with Candice King, traces back to Furona. |
